Indochino hires Guess’s Randi Binning, as VP Retail

New appointments aim to reinforce Indochino's omnichannel customer experience

Indochino reinforces its management team hiring Randy Binning as Vice President of Retail Operations and promoting Dean Handspiker to Vice President of Design Product and Showroom Development.

Handspiker’s and Binning’s appointments will strengthen Indochino’s plan to expand its omnichannel experience and change the way men shop for clothing.

Indochino is the first online company to disrupt the retail sector by delivering mass one-to-one apparel garments for its customers. The company’s multi-touch customer experience allows men to order their made to measure clothing online, via mobile or in person at the showrooms of the brand.
The brand is inspired by the belief that men don’t need to spend a fortune for custom clothing, the brand creates an elevated experience without the high price tag usually associated with made to measure.

In April 2017, Indochino opened three showrooms in Western Canada, taking the total to 13, with five further showrooms planned in the United States this year.
Indochino’s next summer collection will be unveiled in New York later this month.

From Guess to Indochino

Binning joins Indochino after a successful 15-year tenure at Guess Inc.
and brings to the company extensive operations experience in profitable high growth global retail environments.

As Director of West Coast North America and later Director of Stores, Canada at Guess, he propelled the growth and success of all Guess and Marciano stores through his strong leadership and hands-on approach to business.
Binning’s dedication to operational excellence, profitability and talent management will help drive Indochino to large scale expansion.

Handspiker, promoted

As Vice President of Design – Product and Showroom Development, Dean Handspiker will be responsible for the overall vision, look and feel of Indochino’s products and the design and expansion of its showrooms. Handspiker will establish a fresh and engaging direction for the brand’s product range, including seasonal custom suiting and shirting fabrics plus accessories, and translate that vision into each showroom through store aesthetics and visual merchandising.

Dean Handspiker will oversee the direction of Indeochino’s product and showroom design, while Binning, as Vice President of Retail Operations, will lead a consistent and exceptional customer experience across all locations and ensure continued profitability as the company continues to grow.
