Produced by Russia-based Pantheon Production, Hitcher (the video clip) recently surpassed 1.6 million views on YouTube. So viral has become the clip that a network of Russian game developers is to lauch a namesake video game.<\/p>\n

Based on real hacking tech, Hitcher (the game) allows the users become part of a secret gang of Russian hackers and take part in some missions like stealing information, taking controll of the electric power network of their cities, influencing general elections to make one candidate win, hacking protected databases, or keeping control of govenments in the world.<\/p>\n

Small missions like controlling electricity supplies and financial data lead to bigger challenges like election-rigging and using WikiLeaks to generate scandal and intrigue.
