The AEPD attributed to Google Spain and Google Inc. the commission of two serious and three very serious infringements against the Organic Law of Data Protection (LOPD) currently in force in Spain. We all understand that personal information must be protected so that citizens do not find in a completely defenseless position against organizations that become more and more powerful.
