Spatial computing will very much be part of that coming economic change,\u00bb Rony Abovitz (Founder and Board member Magic Leap) explained last April.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Peggy Johnson, a veteran tech executive and Executive Vice President of Business Development at Microsoft succeeded Rony Abovitz in the Chief Executive Officer role in August 1st, 2020, pushing the new B2B commercial approach in the spatial computing for enterprise market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Abovitz , on his side, launched a new digital startup studio called Sun and Thunder Media (snt) in Fall 2020. snt is presenting its first SintBe, Jako Vega, also known as Yellow Dove. He will be featured in a series of Sun and Thunder Supernova short film experiments, Abovitz advanced last Jannuary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n As enterprises have evolved their operations over the past year to meet the needs of the changing business environment, demand for solutions that support business continuity, agility and borderless collaboration has accelerated exponentially. The partnership with Google is designed to seamlessly meet the demands of those businesses, Magic Leap explains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Beginning in 2021, select Magic Leap solutions that provide essential tools for businesses will be available in the Google Cloud Marketplace. As partners and developers continue to create leading enterprise solutions for the Magic Leap platform, now they can receive scalable, go-to-market support for their tools built on Google Cloud and be able to reach global customers via the Google Cloud Marketplace. Magic Leap\u2019s own solutions, such as its Communication, Collaboration and Co-presence platform, will be made available in the Google Cloud Marketplace as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In the second phase of their partnership, Magic Leap and Google Cloud will jointly explore opportunities to integrate Google Cloud capabilities in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and analytics into Magic Leap\u2019s Communication, Collaboration and Co-presence platform to support co-presence in any enterprise setting globally. Potential use cases involve applying cloud capabilities to help capture data and knowledge from experienced technicians in manufacturing settings, enhancing remote-technical support and training using AR, or providing complex or personalized procedure support in the healthcare industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Magic Leap Augmented Reality Cloud will equip enterprises with all the essential capabilities required to build enterprise applications that are spatially-aware, collaborative, and full-fidelity, thereby improving workforce productivity, efficiency, and business outcomes.
