The organisers of The International Women’s Day (IWD) are urging all of us to call out gender bias and inequality. They also say we can all choose to seek out and celebrate women’s achievements. With both aim’s they have launched the #ChooseToChallenge hashtag and theme.

No confrontation, but collaboration this is the approach. We can all (women and men together) choose to challenge and call out gender bias and inequality. We can all choose to seek out and celebrate women’s achievements. Collectively, we can all help create an inclusive world.

The organisers of the event have launched a web page where people, organisations, governments, etc can find help to mark this 8th March celebrating women’s achievements.
Insde the webpage there are many contents including a mission to increase the visibility of women creatives among others not to forget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Send in your #ChooseToChallenge images and or join the community<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Individuals and organizations are invited to send in their #ChooseToChallenge images with their right hand risen up to the organization. They share images from around the world in the lead up to International Women’s Day 2021 and in the same day as well.

There’s also an International Women’s Day 2021 gallery were everybody can see images from women’s equality advocates around the world helping to amplify the cause.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And there are lot’s of tweets from companies and people with the hashatag #ChooseToChallenge already circulating that have not been sent to the IWD organisation.
last but not less important, people, companies and organisations can register to create an IWD account to publish events, access resources, enter competitions and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Six missions for gender equality<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

IWD has launched six missions to promote gender equality this 8th March:

a) Celebrate tech women and innovation

b) Applaud equality for women in sport

c) Educate women on health choice decisions

d) Build inclusive workplaces so women thrive

e) \u200bIncrease visibility of women creatives

f) Forge women’s empowerment worldwide

Leaving aside the missions, one can also support the cause of gender equality with money donating through the webpage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
