Board of Directors has announced today it has accepted the resignation of Tadashi Ishii as a Representative Director and President &amp; CEO. The Board has selected Toshihiro Yamamoto (currently Senior Vice President) as President and CEO. These changes will become effective on January 23.<\/p>\n<p>Other two changes at the leading team of Dentsu Inc. has been agreed by the Boar as well: Shoichi Nakamoto (currently Director and Senior Executive Vice President &amp; CFO) and Yoshio Takada (currently Director and Executive Vice President) have been selected as Representative Director and Senior Executive Vice President &amp; CFO and Representative Director and Executive Vice President respectively.<\/p>\n<p>After his resignation Tadashi Ishii will hand over his responsibilities to the successor Representative Directors and President &amp; CEO.
