Social media marketing firm, Vocanic, has appointed Vivienne Maguire to the new created role of General Manager, Malaysia and Shane Crombie as Country Head, Indonesia.<\/p>\n

Vocanic continues hiring to match the needs derived from the growth the agency is experiencing in the regions it operates. In fact this is the third announcement of new hires this year.
\nVocanic has offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Sri Lanka.<\/p>\n

New General Manager at Malaysia<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Vivienne Maguire brings in her a wealth of digital marketing experience. She has worked with multinational clients across Asia, Europe and the Middle East, including HSBC, Coca Cola, Renault, Philip Morris, Samsung. She has successfully launched and developed the digital marketing divisions of global advertising and media agencies and independent web development agencies.
\nAmong other recognitions she has been presented the DMA Award for Best Start Up and Independent Grand Prix Award.<\/p>\n

New Country Head for Vocanic Indonesia<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Shane Crombie joins Vocanic from sister GroupM agency MediaCom, China where he was National Head of Digital.<\/p>\n

Crombie has 20 years of digital media experience and has also held leadership positions in Los Angeles, New York, Sydney, Shanghai and Beijing with some of the world\u2019s leading media and creative agencies.<\/p>\n

Asked why he felt attracted by the social media business Crombie said: \u00abEarned media is not a mystical unicorn anymore, content marketing has evolved from a \u201cgood to have\u201d to a \u201cmust have\u201d. It is the new frontier for media ROI.\u201d<\/p>\n
