CK Hutchison Holdings (CK Hutchison) multinational conglomerate spanning over 50 countries, and global technology leader Xiaomi, announced today a global strategical alliance between them that will bring Xiaomi’s smartphones, as well as IoT and lifestyle products, to the telecom and retail divisions of CK Hutchison Group across the world.
The alliance will broaden the product range of CK Hutchison’s 3 Group and A S Watson brands as well as help accelerating Xiaomi’s international expansion.

CK Hutchison operates over 17,700 retail and telecom stores worldwide, has close to 130 million active mobile customers and 140 million loyal retail customers.
Xiaomi products will initially be available at 3 Group’s stores in Austria, Denmark, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Sweden and the UK and in A S Watson’s Fortress, Superdrug and Kruidvat stores in Hong Kong, Ireland, the UK and the Netherlands.
Xiaomi will also extend its collaboration with CK Hutchison’s operator channels in European markets. The agreement covers certain preferential arrangements for smartphones in the telecom markets in Denmark, Ireland and Sweden, and for Xiaomi’s “Mi Ecosystem” IoT and lifestyle products in some markets.
