Miguel Pereira, Executive President and co-founder of Darwin Social Noise, has been named as the new President of Dialogue International, an international network of independent creative agencies, at the Annual Forum that this organization has held along November 16th to 19th in Paris.
Pereira, who will hold this position for the next two years, replaces Frédéric Faivre, from the French agency Grenade & Sparks, which has held the position till this moment.
Dialogue International is integrated by 17 independent agencies in Europe, Asia and America, offers the services of more than 1,000 professionals from the creative industry, to the clients of the agencies that form the network.
“The network of independent agencies model allows us to compete coupling the best of both worlds; the international presence with local execution of an international network, and at the same time, with the agility and the service of the independent agencies “, comments Miguel Pereira.
“Our goal for the future is to grow geographically in strategic markets, and doing it with creative agencies with high digital capabilities,” he added.
Bachelor of Economics and Business Administration, in the specialty of International Marketing, by the Autonomous University of Madrid, Pereira has been Marketing Director of the newspaper EL PAÍS, Director of International Marketing at The Miami Herald and Director of Marketing at La Opinión (Tribune Company).
In 2009, together with other partners, he founded Social Noise, with offices in Madrid and Mexico, and a year later, the audiovisual production company Visual Noise, integrated in the aforementioned agency.
Since last June, he is the Executive President of Darwin Social Noise, an agency resulting from the fussion of Darwin & Co, one of the leading independent agencies in its Spaniard domestic market(third by volume of investment managed according to Infoadex), and Social Noise, number top in the ranking of digital agencies in Spain by notoriety and attractiveness, according to the AgencyScope 2016 report published by the independent consultancy Scopen.
In addition, Pereira is a founding member and vocal member of the Board of Directors of Club Matador, member of the Jury Club of the Eficacia Awards and professor of digital communication and audiovisual narratives at the EAE Business School, Escuela SUR and other master programs.
