Sorrell’s S4 Capital reports 46% revenues growth and two major assigments in 4thQ

S4 Capital, the digital and investment company established by Sir Martin Sorrell after he was forced to step down at WPP, posted euro reportable revenues were up almost 46%, gross profit up almost 40% and operating EBITDA at the MediaMonks level up almost 118%.
The company also informed the London Stock Exchange that prestigious digital content assignments from two major global package goods companies were secured just before Christmas. Both assigments will impact revenues and profits in 2019.

S4 Capital anounced as well that the merger with MightyHive was completed on Christmas Eve and three-year plans and budgets for next year are already in preparation, indicating continued strong organic growth. the purchase Mighty Hive has been the second sound digital and content production acquisition after that of MediaMonks earlier in 2018.

Sir Martin Sorrell, Executive Chairman of S4 Capital plc said: “Momentum continues at MediaMonks and now at MightyHive, and we are already making progress in bringing MediaMonks and MightyHive together to provide a differentiated digital content, data and programmatic offer for clients and investors. We look forward to updating the market in early March 2019.”

S4 Capital is said to be already fully operational in the areas of digital content, programmatic media planning and buying in 12 countries located in the Americas, Europe, Asia and Australian regions and eyeing further expansion in three European and Asian main markets.
The company got listed in the London Stock Exchange on 24th December 2018 under the ticker SFOR.
