The Havas Group today announced it started off exclusive negotiations with the management of FullSIX Group and Motion Equity Partners. The negotiations are aimed to acquiring FullSIX, one of the leading independent digital commercial communications and marketing services groups in Europe.
Established in 1998 by Marco Tinelli and his partners in Paris, FullSIX employs today over 600 people based in France, Portugal, the United Kingdom, Spain, the United States and Italy.

The independent group generates gross margin of around €60 million a year.
Marco Tinelli will continue as President of the FullSIX Group and Yannick Bolloré (CEO Havas) will oversee the process of integrating entities into the Havas Group.
Havas Group expects to close the transaction , which is subject to a consultation process with FullSIX staff representatives, by October 2015.
A win win operation
The acquisition is expected to become a key growth driver for both groups.
