Dentsu has issued today a communication in which the advertising multinational informs on some changes in its articles of incorporation. Among them there is one related to the modification of the company’s purpose to include: “Research, studies and consulting business regarding medical care.”
The partial amendement to the Article 2 is propposed, says the communication, in accordance with the expansion of the company’s business activities.
This and other changes regarding the Board of Directors and the creation of an Audit Commitee, will be passed onto approval of Dentsu’s shareholders during the shareholders meeting to be held next 30th March 2016.
