Cannes Lions 2017.- Havas and Vivendi bless their merger, still pending, with music

 

Jannick Bolloré (Chairman & CEO, Havas Group) explains the reasons why and the way ahead for this operation that is set to result in one of the leading companies in the advertising and contents space with €28 million market capitalisation togeteher considered.

As Bolloré said “creativity has never been so important as today”. That’s why Havas decided merge with Vivendi.
