Cannes Lions 2022 announced today the roster of its Jury Presidents and the opening of the entries registration for the International Festival of Creativity that will be held physically at Cannes (France) from 20th to 24th June.
About the judging Philip Thomas, Chairman, Lions, said, “The return of the physical Festival to Cannes in June allows us once again to bring the juries together in person to define the benchmark of creativity. We thank them for their efforts in choosing the work that will inspire organisations globally to strive for creativity that drives positive change and sustainable growth.”
Paul Hirsch first ever President of the B2B Lions
Bob Reilly, (Global Chief Creative Officer WPP) will chair the Titanium Lions, Kimberlee Wells (CEO TBWA Melbourne & Adelaide -Australia-) will head the SDG Lions Jury, and Colleen DeCourcy (President Wieden+Kennedy Global) will be the President for the Glass Lion Jury.
Paul Hirsch (President and Chief Creative Officer, Doremus Global) will be in charge of chairing the first ever Creative B2B Lions ever in the history of the Festival.

On the changes introduced in 2022
Cannes Lions opens for entries today. Susie Walker, VP Awards & Insight, Lions, said, “We always work to ensure the Lions are relevant, this year we’ve evolved the Creative Commerce Lions, refreshed the Media Lions and launched the Creative B2B Lions – one that we’ve been discussing since 2013 – to celebrate game-changing creativity for products and services that are purchased by professionals on behalf of businesses.” Walker added that in 2022 work will be accepted “across Lions that represent the breadth and diversity of creative and effective work across the branded communications industry”.
