Dentsu-Aegis network grows digital in Vietnam, Australia and New Zealand through new acquisitions

Dentsu announced today two new digital acquisitions. The purchase of a 100% stake in the capital equity of Davanti Consulting Ltd. (operating in New Zealand and Australia) and the purchase of the vietnamese digital agency called Ambient Digital Advertising Service Company Limited by its Dentsu Aegis global network.

The acquisition of Ambient will launch iProspect in Vietnam as once completed, Ambient Digital Vietnam will be rebranded as iProspect Vietnam.

The combination of Ambient’s data led solutions coupled with iProspect’s international performance and search capabilities will generate highly competitive capabilities as well as add scale to the Dentsu Group’s full service offerings throughout the South East Asian market, explains the Japanese multinational.

Established in August 2010 by Thu Nguyen (Chairman) and Andrew Stevens (CEO), Ambient Digital Vietnam is one of the largest independent digital media agencies in Vietnam. Headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, its team of 95 digital experts offers services that focus on digital planning and buying, as well as complementary creative and social solutions to their clients. With over 100 connections to global demand partners, Ambient Digital also provides a global marketplace for publishers.
The agency posted VND 117Bn for the last fiscal year ended in December 2018.

Dentsu keeps on adding digital tech consultancy and sales power to Isobar

This operation will introduce technology consulting and Salesforce capabilities to the Dentsu Group in New Zealand as well as accelerate the development of Salesforce capabilities within Isobar Australia.

Following the acquisition, Davanti will be incorporated into Isobar Group and will be rebranded as “Davanti, Linked by Isobar.”

Headquartered in Auckland with an office in Australia, Davanti is one of New Zealand’s leading digital transformation consultancies. Established in 2007, and with a dedicated team of 125 specialists, the company provides integrated solutions through Salesforce Cloud business and technology consulting services for strategic planning and implementation of digital transformation to its clients in New Zealand and Australia.
Headed by Justin Hamilton, Davanti posted NZD 25.4 million for the latest fiscal yera ended in December 2018.
